Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the starleads.agency website or buy services from Starleads Agency ("Starleads", "we", "us"), a digital agency based in India. "You" means the person or business using our website or buying our services. By choosing a plan, accepting a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide web design and development, Android app development, and SEO and content services. What each monthly plan includes is listed in our pricing. For custom projects, the scope is what we agree in writing in a quote or by email. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only done after you approve it.

2. Plans and billing

  • Monthly plans cost ₹499 (Basic) or ₹1999 (Pro) a month for each service and are billed in advance for each month.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added where applicable. Clients outside India can ask for a quote in US dollars.
  • A plan starts when we receive your first payment and renews every month until you cancel.
  • Custom projects are billed as set out in the quote, for example an advance before work starts and the balance on delivery.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date, unless the quote says otherwise.
  • If we change plan prices, existing clients get at least 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp before the new price applies to them.

3. Late or missed payments

If an invoice is still unpaid 15 days after its due date, we may pause work, updates and support on your account after telling you. Everything resumes once the invoice is paid.

4. What we need from you

  • Content, images, logos, account access and feedback when we ask for them. If these arrive late, timelines move back by the same amount.
  • Accurate information about your business, products and offers.
  • Your confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, and that it is lawful.

5. Third-party costs and accounts

Domain names, paid plugins, themes or fonts, stock images, advertising spend and platform fees (such as the Google Play developer registration fee) are not included in plan prices. You pay these directly, or we bill them to you at cost. Where possible, we set up these accounts in your name.

6. Ownership

Your business name, logo, content and domain always belong to you. Once all invoices for a piece of work are paid, the website, app or content we created specifically for you is yours. Third-party components, such as open-source libraries, plugins and fonts, stay under their own licences, and we keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and code that is not specific to your business.

We may mention your business and show the work we did for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

7. Results

We follow Google's guidelines and good industry practice, but rankings, traffic, app downloads and enquiries also depend on things we don't control, such as search engine updates, app store decisions and competition. We don't guarantee specific rankings or results.

8. Confidentiality

We keep information about your business private and use it only to deliver our services to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. How cancellations and refunds work is set out in our refund & cancellation policy, and how and when we deliver work is in our service delivery policy.

10. Ending our work together

We may stop providing services, after giving notice, if invoices remain unpaid, if we are asked to publish content that is illegal, misleading or infringes someone else's rights, or if these terms are seriously breached.

11. Limitation of liability

We work with care, but websites and apps rely on third-party services, such as hosting providers, Google and app stores, that can fail or change. We are not responsible for losses caused by those services, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Changes don't affect work already completed and paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that doesn't work, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
