Service delivery policy
Starleads Agency provides digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically: all work is delivered online, as described below.
How we deliver
- Websites go live on your domain. We share the logins for any accounts we set up in your name.
- Android apps are published on Google Play under your developer account. Before release, we share test versions for you to try.
- SEO and content work is done directly on your website and Google Business Profile. Blog posts and reports are shared by email or Google Drive.
- Monthly reports are emailed at the end of each billing month.
When work starts
After your first payment, we contact you within one working day to set up a short onboarding call and collect what we need: content, logos, account access and your goals.

Timelines start once we have everything we need from you. If content or feedback arrives late, delivery moves back by the same amount of time. If we expect a delay on our side, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date.
Monthly updates and changes
Updates included in your plan are usually completed within 2 working days of your request. Larger changes are scheduled with you in advance.
Reviewing and approving work
We share designs and test versions before anything goes live, and include rounds of changes as part of the work. Please send your feedback within 5 working days so the project stays on schedule.
