Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains how to cancel a monthly plan or a custom project with Starleads Agency, and when you can get a refund.

Cancelling a monthly plan

  • You can cancel any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • To cancel, email hello@starleads.agency or message us on WhatsApp +91 70118 51382 from the email address or number we have on record, with your business name and the plan you want to cancel.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
  • We confirm every cancellation in writing within one working day.

Refunds on monthly plans

  • First month: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we have not delivered any work yet, we refund that payment in full.
  • After work has started: the fee for the current month is not refundable, because that month's work has already been planned and started. You keep everything delivered up to then.
  • Updates or changes you didn't use in a month don't carry over and are not refunded.

Custom projects

  • If you cancel before we start work, we refund any advance in full.
  • If you cancel after work has started, we charge for the work done up to the cancellation date, as agreed in the quote, and refund the rest of your advance.

What we can't refund

  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domain names, paid plugins or themes, and Google Play developer fees.
  • Work that has been delivered and approved by you.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice or paid more than you owed by mistake, tell us and we will refund the extra amount in full.

How refunds are paid

We process approved refunds within 7 working days of approval, to the payment method you used (bank transfer, UPI or card). Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.

Your website, app and content after you cancel

Once any outstanding invoices are paid, we hand over access to your domain, your content and a copy of the website or app files we made for you, so you can move them elsewhere. Hosting, maintenance and updates we provide under your plan stop at the end of your last paid month, so please plan any move before then. We are happy to help you move.
