Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Starleads Agency ("we", "us") collects through starleads.agency and while working with clients, why we collect it and how we protect it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address,
- your phone or WhatsApp number and business name, if you choose to give them,
- the plan you're interested in and your message,
- the date and time you sent it and your IP address, which help us block spam.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there. If you become a client, we also keep the billing details needed for invoices (such as your business address and GSTIN) and the account access you share with us to do the work.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote,
- to deliver the services you buy, send reports and give support,
- to send invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are emailed to our business mailbox and saved in a private database that only our team can open, after signing in. Our website and that database run on Google Firebase, with the database in Google's Mumbai region. Our email is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers may be located outside India. Google and Hostinger process this data only to provide these services to us.
Payments
We don't collect card or bank details on this website. If you pay online, the payment is handled by your bank or the payment provider, under their own privacy policy.
Orders from Starleads (starleads.in), which is run by the same business, are paid through this business's Razorpay account: Razorpay's checkout opens on starleads.in, and starleads.in and this website pass the order number and the amount between them to create and check the payment. We keep a record of each payment (the order number, the amount and Razorpay's payment reference) and tell starleads.in that it went through. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless you become a client. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email hello@starleads.agency and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS, and access to enquiries and client information is limited to our team and protected by passwords and Google sign-in.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.
